Meet Aliana
Teaches: Hot Hatha Flow and Hot Power Vinyasa
Aliana is a yoga, mindfulness, and sound teacher with over nine years of experience delivering client-centered wellness programming. Her personal practice began at the age of thirteen and has evolved through a wide range of disciplines, including various styles of yoga, yoga nidra, sound meditation, and mindfulness studies at the University of Toronto. She brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to teaching, with a focus on creating intentional, inclusive, and supportive spaces for both clients and fellow facilitators.
