Transcend Studios offers a dynamic range of classes, and we are seeking versatile, self-aware Class Guides who specialize in one or more of our core modalities: Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates, HIIT Strength, and Box HIIT. Whether you are guiding a mindful, breath-led flow or fueling a high-intensity class, your goal is the same: to create an immersive, empowering, and inclusive environment. Our guides don't just count reps or call out poses; they curate an experience that encourages our community to shed outside expectations and tap into their inner strength.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
Certified Expertise: Prior professional certification in your respective discipline(s) (e.g., Yoga Alliance RYT, Pilates certification, Personal Training/Group Fitness, or Boxing/Martial Arts certification).
Immersive Energy: A passion for crafting engaging class experiences, fueled by great music, clear cueing, and a commanding yet welcoming presence.
Adaptability: A strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and the ability to offer thoughtful modifications for all experience levels.
Availability: Flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Community Mindset: Willingness to attend team meetings, workshops, and actively participate in building the studio's culture.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage clients in a positive, welcoming, and friendly manner.
Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to all current and prospective clients.
Share pricing, membership, and class information with prospective clients clearly and confidently.
Complete studio tours with new clients, highlighting the intentional spatial design and studio amenities.
Work alongside and support our yoga and breath-work facilitators to ensure a successful, seamless client check-in and class experience.
Ensure complete working knowledge of the Mariana Tek system (or equivalent booking software).
Assist management with the day-to-day operations of the studio.
Ensure prompt and professional responses to studio emails; notify the Studio Lead of escalated inquiries if needed.
Understand Transcend product knowledge, policies, and procedures for retail operations.
Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class so every client receives the best possible Transcend experience.
Assist in retail inventory counts at the end of the month.
Complete all daily opening and/or closing checklists.
Perform other studio duties and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Mariana Tek (or similar booking software) experience is a plus.
Previous leadership or hospitality experience is a plus.
Must possess superior customer service and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented outlook.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and senior management.
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Work Requirements
Must be available to work: 12-20 hours per week, spread across 2–5 shifts.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Availability to work some holidays (Transcend is open year-round).

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the pristine condition of all studio spaces, upholding the integrity of our intentional spatial design so clients can truly relax and let go.
Perform thorough deep cleaning and continuous sanitization of bathrooms, showers, and change rooms throughout the shift.
Manage all studio laundry operations, ensuring a constant, reliable supply of fresh, neatly folded towels for clients.
Meticulously clean and sanitize yoga mats, blocks, and all props between classes.
Execute swift and silent studio resets alongside facilitators and front-of-house staff during tight turnarounds between classes.
Ensure all public areas, including the reception and retail spaces, are immaculate, dust-free, and welcoming at all times.
Consistently restock all restroom and shower amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) and monitor inventory levels of all cleaning and laundry supplies.
Empty waste and recycling receptacles regularly, adhering to proper disposal protocols.
Complete detailed daily opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning checklists.
Greet clients warmly and authentically when interacting in hallways or common spaces, embodying the Transcend hospitality standard.
Promptly report any maintenance issues, plumbing concerns, or damaged equipment to the Studio Lead.
Perform other facility-related duties and deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or facilities maintenance is highly preferred.
An exceptional eye for detail and an uncompromising standard for cleanliness and organization.
Must possess a service-oriented outlook and a positive, friendly demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong time-management skills to ensure the studio and facilities are completely reset before the next wave of clients arrives.
Must be comfortable working with various cleaning chemicals, laundry machines, and sanitization equipment safely.
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs (e.g., heavy laundry bags, cleaning equipment).
Work Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Expertly prepare and serve a menu of wellness-focused beverages, including adaptogenic elixirs, specialty teas, coffees, and custom smoothies.
Greet clients warmly as they transition out of their yoga or breath-work practices, offering beverage recommendations that align with their wellness goals and post-class recovery.
Educate clients on the ingredients and nutritional benefits of our beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing cafe space that aligns with the studio’s elevated spatial design.
Carefully manage cafe inventory, including fresh produce, milks, botanicals, and retail items, notifying management when supplies run low.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions for beverages and cafe retail items.
Execute daily opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists specifically tailored to the cafe and beverage station.
Ensure all food and beverage safety standards and sanitization protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Work collaboratively with the Front of House and Facilities teams to ensure a seamless, unified, and hospitable client experience across the entire studio.
Perform other cafe and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is highly preferred.
A valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
A genuine passion for holistic nutrition, wellness, and mindful living.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-volume periods (e.g., immediate post-class rushes).
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and senior management.
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs (e.g., carrying crates of milk, fresh produce, or ice).
Work Requirements
Must be available to work: 12-15 hours per week, spread across 2–4 shifts.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to align with class schedules.
