HOT POWER VINYASA

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, full-body hot yoga power vinyasa flow designed to challenge your strength. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced, full-body flow that will help you build strength and increase endurance.

HOT HATHA FLOW

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, moderately paced flow that moves at a slower pace than a vinyasa flow. This class offers a series of postures, each one held for 30–40 seconds to help build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect intentional alignment, deep stretching, and mindful breath-work woven into the practice.

LEVEL: Intermediate + All.

HOT SCULPT MAT PILATES

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, high-energy hot sculpt mat Pilates class for toning, lengthening, and strengthening your entire body.

HOT HIIT STRENGTH

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, full-body hot HIIT class for a stronger core, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Programmed to burn, build and strengthen.

BOX HIIT

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 50-minute, full-body box HIIT class using boxing bags. Expect rhythmic boxing combinations, high-intensity full-body drills, and explosive cardio bursts designed to burn, tone and strengthen.

LEVEL: All levels.

INCLUDED: Boxing bag, gloves, sweat towel.

WHAT TO BRING: Indoor shoes.


DEEP REST & RESET

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, deeply restorative reset designed to melt away the week's stress. Expect a grounding blend of gentle, tension-releasing stretches and guided breathwork, with a large portion of the class dedicated entirely to deep, guided relaxation. This state of profound rest is designed to feel completely effortless—a time to simply be. Lie back, absorb powerful affirmations of self-worth, and allow your nervous system to fully restore. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to settle in with a soothing cup of chamomile tea.

LEVEL: All levels. No prior meditation or movement experience is required.
