HOT POWER VINYASA

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, full-body hot yoga power vinyasa flow designed to challenge your strength. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced, full-body flow that will help you build strength and increase endurance.

LEVELS: Intermediate + advanced.

INCLUDED: Mat, blocks, sweat towel, cold towel.

HOT HATHA FLOW

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, moderately paced hot hatha flow that moves at a slower pace than a vinyasa flow. This class offers a series of postures, each one held for 30–40 seconds to help build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect intentional alignment, deep stretching, and mindful breath-work woven into the practice.

LEVEL: Intermediate + All.

INCLUDED: Mat, blocks, sweat towel, cold towel.

HOT SCULPT MAT PILATES

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, high-energy sculpt mat Pilates class (offered in heated and non-heated) for toning, lengthening, and strengthening your entire body.

LEVEL: All levels.

INCLUDED: Mat, resistance band, weights, block, sweat towel, cold towel.

HOT HIIT STRENGTH

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, full-body HIIT class (offered in heated and non-heated) for a stronger core, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Programmed to burn, build and strengthen.

LEVEL: All levels.

BOX HIIT

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 50-minute, full-body box HIIT class (non-heated) using boxing bags. Expect rhythmic boxing combinations, high-intensity full-body drills, and explosive cardio bursts designed to burn, tone and strengthen.

LEVEL: All levels.

INCLUDED: Boxing gloves and sweat towel.

WHAT TO BRING: Indoor shoes, hand wraps (can be purchased).


YIN: REST & RESET

WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60-minute, Yin-based reset (non-heated) featuring a yoga-inspired stretching routine designed to relieve stress and anxiety. You will be guided through Yin yoga postures that not only provide physical benefits—such as increased flexibility, mobility, and tension relief—but also calm you on an emotional and mental level. Expect a grounding blend of deep stretches and guided breathwork, with time dedicated entirely to deep relaxation. Arrive 15–20 minutes early to settle in with a soothing cup of chamomile tea.

LEVEL: All levels. No prior meditation or movement experience is required.

INCLUDED: Meditation pillows, blocks, bolsters.
