Meet Brandon
Teaches: Box HIIT 
Brandon has over 10 years of coaching experience. He has helped people of all skill levels gain confidence, build strength, and prepare themselves for competition and self-defence. Having competed in amateur Muay Thai and boxing, he brings real-life skills to a teaching style that will push your body to its limit. Outside the gym, you can find Brandon at home cooking or hanging out with his cat, listening to R&B—which he is always trying to incorporate into his workout sessions.
