Meet Brett
Teaches: Hot HIIT Strength & Box HIIT

Brett has been teaching boxing for over four years, along with strength training classes and spin for the last two. She made her way to group fitness because she grew up playing and coaching team sports, and she understands that community can make or break someone's relationship with movement and fitness. The vibe of her classes is challenging but fun, as she likes to push people beyond what they think they may be capable of while sprinkling in humor and personality along the way. In her personal time, Brett is a runner, a competitive figure skater, an avid home chef, a travel-lover, and a dog mom. Fun fact, when she was eighteen, she competed in several oyster shucking competitions.
