Meet Kasey
Teaches: Hot HIIT Strength and Hot Sculpt Mat Pilates
A Balanced Body certified Pilates and fitness instructor, Kasey is known for high-energy, form-focused sessions that dial in on strength, stability, and control. With a diverse background spanning strength training, HIIT, and yoga, she crafts dynamic sequences that are as challenging as they are accessible. Having completed her training in Costa Rica, Kasey brings a signature emphasis on precision and alignment to every class, using intentional cueing and thoughtfully curated playlists to drive the flow. When she’s not in the studio, she’s usually exploring the city’s newest restaurants, staying active on long walks with friends and family, or adding to her passport—she has already traveled to nearly 30 countries.
