Sam is a trainer with a passion for movement and purposeful coaching who leads HIIT and boxing sessions designed to challenge both the body and mind. He focuses on blending form, control, and intention into every class, helping practitioners move and evolve into their strongest selves. Sam’s unique approach is informed by his studies in Kinesiology and Anthropology, which sparked a curiosity about how humans have evolved as physical beings. When he isn’t in the gym, he is likely in the kitchen cooking up something new or unwinding with a good video game.
